Thanks Smooth - yes I still feel lucky to be able to get out and run.

No I didn't sign up for anything yet. I keep changing my mind about which one would be best to do. That one is on Nov 10. There is also one here in Atlanta run by the Atlanta Track Club. That one is Oct 28. Wouldn't have to travel for that one but it is a more challenging course.

just looked at the course for the ATL Mara and it is harsh...hills galore. Some nasty ones too. Def not one to go out for a big fast time.
