foot is a little sore from the race on Saturday but nothing big - felt pretty good.  It was nice and hot here and I sweated a bucket load  :)

"It was nice and hot here and I sweated a bucket load :)" The skiing here is still great. The local resorts are supposed to get another 14+ inches tomorrow :) (I might need to call in sick on Thursday.) I'm thinking they might be near 700" of total snow fall by the end of the month!! :)

Fly- i will gladly melt in the heat vs freezing.. At least I say that now :)
