3-4 is better than none, good job getting out there. Awesome you signed up for Atl, I will do my best to be ready to pace you the last 16 ... But depending how fast you plan on running, I may have to make it the last 10 ... Or 6! :)

Hey, they can't all be good runs. I had a tough one yesterday that I cut short as well. When I have a run like that I figure my body just needed some rest and when it recovers, I'll be even stronger than I was before. I hope you're feeling good today.

Hi Allie! yeah it won't be a fast one but I need something to change things for me. maybe this will help shake things up.

Dale - it is the local one tht runs through Atlanta. Kind of tough - and I've never had a good run for it. Maybe this year will be better.

JG - yeah I'll need some help in the last miles. They are harsh.
