foots good - we'll see how it handles the 50k this weekend. Running it with fellow blogger, JG. It is my birthday that day so it is just for fun.
The year is a little light on the miles but there's been a lot of family time. The kids are back in school and things will be back to normal quickly.

I am looking forward to it as well - it looks like the weather should be pretty good for us. I'm just hoping we can both drag the other along for the whole distance.

Sounds like a plan ... it would be fun if the last lap was the fastest! :) Any idea on a time we might end up with? Trails like that are hard to speculate!

man - I'm not sure. depends on the condition - 5:00-5:30? I think that last year was the first year they had it at sweetwater. I seem to remember it was either really cold or it was snowy or something. the winner was in at 4:41. we'll see. pacing pacing pacing -
