working the 1am-9am shift this week, so I have the whole day to nap, work around the house, and run.  Got in a nice easy paced 8 miler today.

oh thats a rough shift....I remember when I was a patrolmen and worked from 10PM till 6AM...."Grave Yards" Yck!

it is just this week - we will be rotating.

its been kind of nice to be able to be available for the kids end of school stuff, so it kind of worked out well
