Trying to eat consistently well this week. We went out way too many times last week.

I'm glad the stiffness is going away.
I'm trying to eat better this week, too. I've slowly been putting on weight.

yeah Dale - I can't seem to keep a downward trend going. Some consistent training sure would help me, I know.

good job taking the recovery seriously after your great race earlier this week.

Allie - thanks. I'm trying to be smart. I talked to a former XC/Track coach today and he reocommended me working on strength building exercises for my legs so that my weaker leg (which is where the chronically bad foot is) gets closer to the other. I think he is right so that will give me something to work on.

I feel you on the eating. Wouldn't it be heavenly to have a personal chef (for snacks and all)?

Sounds like recovery is going well. Glad you figured out what areas to work on to stay healthy. :D
I have been terrible with my food intake! I have gained 6-7 lbs and cannot shake it...eating out kills me...but oh so good! :)

Teena - I would love that.
Smooth - I'm glad it just isn't me :)
