"long" run today.  things are starting to feel better but I still don't have that smooth rollover that takes me up and down the hills.  there were times where it felt like old times.  I know those will come more and more as I get back into this.

Good to hear its coming back.....I understand when you talk about that "smooth rollover", I'm praying for the day it returns fully to my running.

Nice run Tim! When you get that smooth rollover back, can you show me how it gets you Up hills?! :)

You will be back in no time. Perhaps just a little more PBC and Tang. :)

I haven't spent much time on the blog as of late. Can you give me a quick run down on how you are doing/feeling, etc?

thanks all -

Slick - it just takes a while and I'm trying to build back slowly and smartly.

JG, i think it is more of a feeling. It seems like my stride is choppy or something right now.

Teena - nice to hear from you! Glad you made it through finals! I'm doing good. This is my third week back into running after the 9 week hiatus for the foot. I cross trained on my bike a good amount but it is not the same on the legs. I did 12 miles the first week then 21 last week and I'll try to hit 25 this week. Nothing is fast, but at this point I'm just enjoying being back in the game.
