No double today but did go to the track again.  They had a summer sports camp there but the kids did pretty good job of keeping off the track.

4x800 with 400 wogs - 2:51, 2:51, 2:51, 2:52 (what's up with the last one Tim?)

2x400 with 200 wogs - 1:23 and 1:23

1 mile home -

better than last week's track day so I'll take it.   The paces felt pretty natural and I didn't feel like I was pushing.  Maybe that means I didn't run fast enough.  And it is weird how I locked into the same paces.  weird.

Wow, nice job. What's a WOG? I'm too tired to think about what it is. lol

thanks Dale - I just merged walk/jog. I usually do 3/4 of the recovery as a jog and the rest as a walk

Yeah Tim, what's up with being a whole second slower on the last 800. I'm so disappointed in your complete collapse and lack of mental fortitude. LOL! Looks like pretty amazingly even splits to me. Great track work!

Hey Rhett - yeah I was really amused how those times matched up so much. I didn't even look at my watch during the intervals like I usually do.
