4 this afternoon - 7:34 ave pace 5.3 total - ran Q to dance and then ran to the track. 2x800 in 2:52 with 400 wog (jog/walk). 2x400 @ 1:26 and 1:22 with 200 wog. Ran really slowly home. Now, I know this is no great track session, but I have not done any speed work in forever. Here's to the start to a good summer training block...cheers
