| | ran 5.6 easy before moving to my new place. moving is so exhausting lol i've now lived in 7 different places in cedar. can't wait to settle down. also i'm having a bit of an existential crisis about getting older, anyone on the blog who's in their mid to late 20's wanna help me with that? i'm only 22 but i'm kinda struggling with the whole concept of not being able to do certain things due to age

| | woke up, did a 10min warmup on my indoor trainer, then went out and ran 5.25 easy, 7:13 avg. felt pretty hard to be honest. i think the reason i was able to train at such high volumes and intensities when i was on the team at SUU was because i was able to have access to the caf for free; i could burn 4,000 calories throughout the day, but replenish as much or more calories at the caf for free. there's no way i eat nearly that much now; i really gotta figure out a way to eat a lot and track my calories so i can recover.
