gonna start doing 2-a-day's again! first morning shakeout of my mileage campaign. 3 easy, warmup loop to grass loops, 7:37 avg. gonna run with my buddy Jose from the tennis team after work. good stuff
after work me and jose ran from my place to cedar high's track, and i did 4x400m with a lap jog in between, hit 67 (forgot how to pace myself in workouts lol) 72, 71, 71. felt good going fast again! 3.5 total.
