woke up, did a 10min warmup on my indoor trainer, then went out and ran 5.25 easy, 7:13 avg. felt pretty hard to be honest. i think the reason i was able to train at such high volumes and intensities when i was on the team at SUU was because i was able to have access to the caf for free; i could burn 4,000 calories throughout the day, but replenish as much or more calories at the caf for free. there's no way i eat nearly that much now; i really gotta figure out a way to eat a lot and track my calories so i can recover.
