| This morning I did a hill run. (Canyon Run) I ran up Millcreek Canyon for 40 minutes. I didn't feel great, but I did pretty well. I managed to make it two minutes past where I made it last year at the end of cross country. I felt pretty tired after. I warmed up and jogged down a little bit until my ad picked me up, so it was 7.25 miles. It was 7:40 pace, which is pretty good compared to last year.

This morning I ran 6 miles at a 7:48 pace. I took it easy. I have a cold also, so I didn't run more. If I feel all right later, I will run more. My splits were 8:04, 8:17, 7:53, 8:22, 7:14, and 6:54. I started out feeling really tight and sore, but once I got going, I felt better. Later I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. I felt a little bit better, but I'm still sick. I did 4 at a 7:49 pace. I ran eight miles today with a mile warm-up and a mile cool-down. I was going to run hard today, but I'm still sick. I ran a 7:16 pace. I'm feeling better than yesterday, but not completely better. Also, my left knee is a little bit sore.

I'm not sure on the distance. I ran on pipeline today for 40 minutes. I kept it pretty easy. I'm feeling a little bit better than yesterday, but I'm still sick. My left knee is still a little bit sore, but not bad. Later I ran 4 miles easy. On the road up the canyon and on pipeline. It was nice and cool, and I kept it easy. | Add Comment |

| I got up and did some sprints on the track, with a warm-up. I did 5 by 85 meters. I was tired and didn't feel that great. A little bit later I ran from my house to Sugarhouse Park. I did a few loops around the park as well. I ended up with eight miles at a 7:22 pace. I was going to do a couple more miles, but I was too tired. It was very hot. | Comments(1) |
