This morning I ran 6 miles at a 7:48 pace. I took it easy. I have a cold also, so I didn't run more. If I feel all right later, I will run more. My splits were 8:04, 8:17, 7:53, 8:22, 7:14, and 6:54. I started out feeling really tight and sore, but once I got going, I felt better. Later I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. I felt a little bit better, but I'm still sick. I did 4 at a 7:49 pace. It felt easier than this morning. |
