Was feeling a bit exhausted physically and mentally. Chose to take whatever energy I had and put it towards studying for my physics final.

Point Teena -- good decision!!! :) :) :)

(Thought I would feel guilty for not running or working out. Ironically, I felt the exact opposite. I feel balanced!!! :))

Solid effort of hillwork today! :)

Ran Julie G's Boston hill training plan (yeah, I know I am not running Boston this year, but I thought what the heck).

Followed the schedule to the T (incline and pace), minus the middle miles. Just went from one hill segment to the next. I thought about calling it good after the first segment (which put me at roughly 8 miles) but then a couple of * FIRE FIGHTERS * began weight training right in perfect view. I thought, DANG, no way I am leaving now!!! Good choice!  :) :) :) Finished the second segment of hills then took a few minutes to get a drink and walk around the gym for a bit before hitting a final .5 at my max. Quality run today! :)

** I now know that it is possible to run 20 miles on the TM. Luckily, the gym was full of people ... so lots of change of scenery! :)
