Solid effort of hillwork today! :)

Ran Julie G's Boston hill training plan (yeah, I know I am not running Boston this year, but I thought what the heck).

Followed the schedule to the T (incline and pace), minus the middle miles. Just went from one hill segment to the next. I thought about calling it good after the first segment (which put me at roughly 8 miles) but then a couple of * FIRE FIGHTERS * began weight training right in perfect view. I thought, DANG, no way I am leaving now!!! Good choice!  :) :) :) Finished the second segment of hills then took a few minutes to get a drink and walk around the gym for a bit before hitting a final .5 at my max. Quality run today! :)

Wow, Teena, nice workout!!! Uh oh, you're catching up to me in the mileage department. I can't let you pass me. LOL. How many miles are you running tomorrow and Saturday?

that's a great workout! the hill training plan looks intense -- but an excellent way to prep for the hills at boston!

so have you decided on a spring marathon? i'm still looking...

Teena and Allie, you should both come do the Buffalo Run 50k with me and Maynard in march.

looks like a great workout. I have adjusted it to my marathon pace but I am not sure I could stay on a treadmill that long...even with sexy firefighters!

SUPER workout! I'm sure the hot firefighters helped tremendously! SSF! You're so naughty! :D
