| 7 miles, AP 8:20 FL: 20 minutes *Still fighting this silly cold but it seems to be improving some. The 3 easy miles yesterday did not make it worse. I am taking a couple of puffs of my inhaler (preventative) throughout the day just to be safe. Happy Friday, All! :) |

| 12.1 miles - 10.1 miles with Ry, AP 7:54 on 78th and the JRP. I am pretty certain this was his first 10 miler at a sub 8 pace. It was also his first run using a metronome. We are working on increasing his cadence. The metronome seems to be helping. About a month ago it was 156-158. Last week we had it at 162-164. Today with the metronome he was consistently at 166-168. Our present goal for him is 170. Almost there. :) - 1 mile with Gracie and Livvy, 10:20. - 1 mile with Nic and Sherm, 8:37. LOTS of basketball today (for the kids ... I merely watched and cheered). :) :) :) |
