Thanks Matt!! I just looked at your blog. I LOVE your long-term goal: "Remain active in competition to maintain my children's interest in a fit and healthy life." Seriously! Did you know that it is projected that 35% of children born in the USA after the year 2000 will get Type II diabetes? CRAZY!!! We all need goals like yours!!
