I am a big fan of Fall Break!!! :) 30 minutes upright bike 20 minutes rower 800 m swim (note to self: swimming after rowing equals noodle arms) ST: lower body *** I see all kinds of patients at the clinic, but today I worked with one that made me feel so grateful for good overall health.
