morning Sprint at the gym with Annie :) 20K bike, 5K elliptical, 750 meter swim I LOVE having such a cool SIL/friend!!! :) afternoon 75 minute mtn biking with Ry at Corner Canyon (BST) SO MUCH FUN!!!! Leg continuing to improve. Pn and swelling decreasing. Have high hopes that I will be able to run a little this weekend. :) |
