15 miles with a little bit crazy in the middle (1 mile - 2 mile - 1 mile at slightly slower than 10K pace, 4 and 7 minute recovery jogs and then 1 mile easy then 4 x 400 mile repeats with 400 meter recovery jogs).
I am beat! :)
