I seem to go through periods when I find it difficult to feel spiritual on Sundays. I know that this may sound counter intuitive to many of you but in an attempt to remedy that I went to the pool.

I hope you enjoyed your swim. I have often felt a sense of "spiritual-ness" while swimming. It's a great time to ponder and there's something about freely gliding through the water that soothes the body and soul. It's one more reason I'm grateful for an injury which forced me to start swimming.

Amber!!! HI!!!! :) School has me crazy busy (not right now, I am on break) and so I have gotten behind on almost everyone's blogs. I just went back and read a bunch of your entries. DANG!! You have been through the ringer. I am glad to hear that this injury is coming to a close though!!! :)
Also, so funny how you described swimming! I used almost the exact same words in my original post but my hubby laughed at me and so I took them off!
You are so so so right, that is exactly how I feel when I swim!!!
Wonderful to hear from you!!!
