I often get a little cold/congested after swimming. Happened again. But loved being in the water. I need to make more time to swim. The core stretch and vertebral decompression outweighs the inconvenience. I need to remember this!

interesting about the cold after the swim. I've noticed this as well. My uneducated opinion is that we are constantly 'blowing our nose' in the water, which allows the pool water to get in there. All though it is kept 'clean' by the chlorine, I think it opens up our nasal passages and gets all the snot out so that the few germs left in there (or any right afterward) can take up residence without the protective snot layer. I know...all kind of weird and maybe way off the money, but that is all I can come up with. I've noticed it more now that I do flip turns and have to 'blow out' even more.
