180 LONG minutes on the elliptical. No pain in the legs, but back stiffness. Went for a back/leg assessment with Matt at 9:30 p.m. I owe him big time. Findings: L posterior pelvic tilt, locked L SI joint, and all the things I already assumed in my legs. Matt gapped my SI joint and did several myofascial releases throughout my body. I have come to terms that I might be merely crosstraining up until SGM. I did this for three weeks before Boston 2010 and I can do it again. Yep, my time will not be stellar, but it is what it is. :) Still trying to find that perfect balance of family, school, sleep and running. It'll come. :) :) :) |
