that's a great workout! Has fonz started SGM training? Probably not, because neither have I. :) He needs to blog what he does. Sounds like he has talent.
About that snickers. I don't know how I got it down. I forced it. I took small bites and it worked for me. :)

I definitely don't have the time I used to to run/workout/etc. I might have to concentrate on shorter distance races until PT school is out. I just don't know. How are you? I have checked your blog a million times but nothing. :(

Fonz is running Ragnar this weekend. He is also running the Super Spartan on July 9th. I think he is going to start training after that! Although he told me that he might not run more than 16 miles prior race day. So ... who knows!!! He is CRAZY fast though. In fact, at UVM we ran into the overall winner from Kenya. The first thing he said to Fonz was, "You look fast. You have a wonderful runner's body." Funny! :)
