7.6 easy miles, AP 9:03, to my parents and back. Legs felt a bit heavy and I just felt plain blah. Wonder if it has anything to do with the huge lunch I had and the 1/2 pound of plain M&Ms.

I think it's cool that your parents live that close! I'd run that route all the time if it was me! :)
