Alarm went off at 5:15 ... after a wonderful night of Miss Sugar barking I decided to hit the snooze button promising myself that I would just hit it once. Alarm went off again. True to myself I dragged my tired tush out of bed. One glance in the mirror was all it took to see how hammered I looked. Back to bed I went!!! :)

It is now close to 14.5 hours later and I am biking (obviously not very hard). If I feel up to it I will do a little elliptical as well. I am so lazy today!!!!

PM:

30 minutes upright bike

30 minutes elliptical

SSF ~ You are NOT lazy! You're NEVER lazy! You worked hard at school and at work today. I seriously don't know how you get up so early. Sleep is under-rated! Take it easy on the xtrain, your body will thank you! I LOVE YOU! Are you going to the Forumite run on Sat.? I MISS YOU SO MUCH!

SSF -- I am trying to work things out so that I can do the FF run. Keeping my fingers crossed. What time do you think we would be done at IHOP?

From Smooth on Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 22:40:06 from 174.23.198.220

I have no idea. The run starts at 7am. I imagine we can go to IHOP around 10am?

I am hoping to make it but not sure that I will be able to pull it off. Still trying. :)

How was dinner?

From Smooth on Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 22:51:59 from 174.23.198.220

Dinner was nice at Panda Express...not my favorite...but that's where the boys wanted to go.

I hope you can make it on Sat. I need to run a fast 18 miler and you can make that happen!

It's not being lazy. It is your body asking for a break. You give 100% all of the time and sometimes you need to take a step back to recover.

If feel like me, your body is thanking you for that extra sleep this morning. Yea for sleep!!!

You are a serious multi tasker if you can blog and exercise at the same time. I'm impressed.
