Good morning! :)

I have been anxiously awaiting to run all week.

10 miles AP 8:47

50 minutes elliptical

* No problems to note. The first couple of miles I felt a small tugging at my right lateral rotators, but they all loosened up by mile 3. I really made an effort to run relaxed -- that seems wrong to coorelate effort and relaxed in the same sentence.  The kicker will be seeing how I feel in a few hours (especially considering I will be sitting through 4 hours of basketball). I am optimistic.  :) :) :)

Great job! Always good to get back at it. It's nice that it's warming up....a bit.

Way to take it easy and ease back into things! I too will cross my fingers for a good prognosis after the 4-hour sit!

Glad there was no notable pain. We all understand the correlation between relaxed and effort.

How did the kids do in their games?

Hey SSF!!! :)

Payton's team got smoked ... but the rest won. One of these days you need to come watch Sophers play. I told you that she was playing in a boys' league, right? She is TOUGH!!!!!!

Sorry about Jade's team. Was she okay with it?

How are you feeling?

From Smooth on Sun, Jan 16, 2011 at 22:09:39 from 67.232.119.27

Sophie is a little ball of fire like you! I'd love to come watch her play.

Jade has never played before. yesterday was their second game and they have lost both games. jade asked: "why does my team always loose?" then she said one of her team mate told her:"you're not good at this!"...sad but funny!

My left hammie is sore from xtrain! My knee squawked a little yesterday, this old body is out of wack! :/

Lots of things happening, all good stuff though with the family! Can't wait to tell you all about it!

Still praying for you and my kids! :)

I am excited for you to come home.

We have LOTS to talk about. (I got my interview schedule early this morning: I am SO nervous.)

PLEASE be careful with your knee.

Stink, gotta go. I am being summoned.

Hello there:)!!! Oh, feeling good but large:). I need a belt or something to run because I am sure my belly bouncing up and down is not the most attractive thing to watch (nor does it feel pleasant) but I am sure glad to still be running somewhat:). How are you?? What's new?
