I have been anxiously awaiting to run all week.
10 miles AP 8:47
50 minutes elliptical
* No problems to note. The first couple of miles I felt a small tugging at my right lateral rotators, but they all loosened up by mile 3. I really made an effort to run relaxed -- that seems wrong to coorelate effort and relaxed in the same sentence. The kicker will be seeing how I feel in a few hours (especially considering I will be sitting through 4 hours of basketball). I am optimistic. :) :) :) |
