Hmmmm ... not a great workout day at all. Ooops.

Began an easy run. My right lateral rotators have been misbehaving a bit. The hope was that they would loosen up and start minding after a couple of miles. They didn't, so untrue to my normal behavior I decided play it smart and get off the treadmill at 3 miles and hop on the elliptical. Had plans on doing more after I got home from the dentist today, but didn't. Maybe later tonight ... maybe not! :)

Sent a text to Matt. Hopefully he will be able to fit me in soon and realign my shifted hip/pelvis. :) :) :)

Boo to injuries! Hope your realignment works out.

It will! :) :) :)

I'm not really injured-injured. I could run if I needed to. It's just that after talking with Brooke this weekend I realized that I need to pay closer attention to my body when it complains (now that I am getting older and such). :) :) :)

Plus, it's a great week for an easy week! :)

Smart move! I miss you, we need to see each other soon!

You are so smart, in listening to your body and in knowing your own alignment, SSF! :) Hope Matt can fit you in!

I'm going to see the dentist tomorrow...haven't been for 3 years!!! Only reason going is Steven is getting his wisdom teeth extracted at the same time! Uck!!!

I miss you already!!! Hope you have a great week! Love you!!!

Right on listening to your body, Teena. I listened to my body today, too. After yesterday's long run, I was a bit fatigued and had some soreness in places that aren't normally sore after running, so I played it safe and didn't do a dang thing today, except watch a bunch of episodes of Mythbusters and American Chopper. The soreness has subsided and I'm ready for a good run tomorrow.

Kathie~

Yes we do!!!! When, where?

SSF~

Me too! He texted me back and we are trying to work something out. Perhaps I could see Josh sooner. Hmmm ...

Then again, it is kind of nice taking an easy week! :)

Dale~

Smart! Can't wait to hear how it goes. :)

Teena, how are your right lateral rotators (whatever those are) doing today?

Dale~

LRs are starting to feel better. Thanks for asking! :) :) :)

You know what they say, "no pain, no gain." "They" would be injured athletes that don't heed their body's complaints.
