Glad you played it smart and the leg is on the mend. Nothing wrong with "not throwing a few fast miles in there yet stage". You are running smart. Easy miles play a much more important role in training (not just in recovering) for marathon than forced out speedy miles. I wish so badly that you had the time to run more easy miles whether with your kids, or the RS sisters or with ME! :)
