I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

We made it to Craig, Colorado late last night.  A good 9 hour drive. The little boys slept most of the way so they were not tired once we got there and the excitement of seeing their Grandparents was beyond.  I sure was ready for bed but they were not.  Finally got to bed about 2 am.  Got up and realized my in-laws had a treadmill so I got on it and ran 3 miles.  Time was 28:06  I really overheated they had their fireplace going.  So after the run I went outside in the cool crisp Colorado air.  It was a nice cool off.  Dustin and I are planning to run the 5K on Monday.  Tonight Dustin and I are going to the Collin Raye concert here in town.
