I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

I finally got a run in today.  I just have not been motivated since we got back from Colorado on Tuesday.  I did not run at all the week that we were in Colorado either.  But anyway I ran with Dustin pushing Jarren in the stroller our normal La Verkin 5K loop that we always do.  Kind of slower than normal but oh well.

Splits: 10:35/9:40/10:47 (this had the .1 mile added in to it)
