I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

I finally got out for a run.  After Dustin and Jordan being gone to scout camp all week I really did not have a chance to get out.  I was planning on going out last night for a run but we suddenly had a severe thunder/lightening/rain storm here so I did not want to go out in that.  But tonight I ran 3.1 miles the La Verkin 5 K loop in reverse this time.  I ran with Dustin while he pushed Jarren in the stroller.  It was a nice run pretty humid and muggy out though.  Time:   29:11   Splits:   9:39/9:02/9:39/.49
