I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

Had a busy day today.  Jordan had Basketball games this morning and then we took the boys to the Kung Fu Panda movie and then Jordan had a guitar concert in the evening he performed at.  But finally got time for a run.  Ran our same La Verkin 5K loop this time in the evening with Dustin and Jarren in the stroller.   Time:  31:03
