I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3.25 on the treadmill in the morning.  3 miles =30:00  .25 miles = 3.33  slowed it down to cool off.  It is way to warm to be running on the treadmill in my house.  I was burning up and I even had the fans going.  I tried watching the Price is Right without Bob it is just not the same.  Sorry Drew!   Felt good ! No pain anywhere today just overheated!

I think I'll be using the treadmill tonight during the Jazz game, so it will be my turn to suffer.
