I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3.25 miles in the morning on the treadmill.  Time 32.30  I had to stop after 2 miles and get a cold wet rag for my face.  I was way too hot I felt like I was about to pass out.  It must be getting too hot for the treadmill for me.  But I got back on and ran 1.25 more miles.

Good job and glad Jarren had a better night sleeping. Maybe we can do some more miles tonight after scouts. I'm not sure when I'm going to get my run in. I'm planning on driving after school again today, but not tomorrow.

Sunny! I have been meaning to get on and congratulate you on your AWESOME race on Saturday. The Wildbull and I even talked about it on our run this morning. You did SO good! Totally creamed my 5K PR just like that. Keep it up!
