I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3.1 miles in the evening.  Ran the LaVerkin 5K loop with Dustin pushing Jarren in the stroller. Knee felt pretty good again not pain. Great night for a run nice and cool with a little breeze.
