2.25 miles in the evening on the treadmill.  2 miles = 20:00 min    .25 miles cool down at a slower pace = 5:00 minutes.  Another busy day.  I had to go get my Utah drivers license.  Yes I never change my Colorado license over when we moved here.  The Highway Patrolman was going to cite me for that but was nice and gave me a week to get it changed over.  I am excited to run my first 5K race in the morning!  Hope I can do it!  Goal I hope for is around 30:00 minutes or less.  Good luck to whoever else is running the Hurricane 1/2 and 5K too!
