I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!
1 slow mile on the treadmill in the morning. That is about all my knee could stand. The rest of me wanted to go longer though. I rested and iced my knee some Saturday and Sunday. It must need more time.
Too bad your knee is still bothering you. My calf seems to be feeling a little better this morning. I think I might get that compression wrap from Steve's store like I showed you. Have you seen my gift certificate from the Spectrum race anywhere in the house?
