I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

3 great miles outside with Jarren in the stroller. I really did not have a real route I just ran all over LaVerkin with Mr. Garmin telling me the distance. Time: 29:37 9:47/9:35/10:15 Nice to get outside there was a little breeze to keep me cool because it was starting to warm up pretty fast.!  Jarren loves going in the stroller he always falls asleep around mile 1 but when he is awake he always loves running past all the animals. He gets really excited.
