2 miles in the morning with Dustin and Jarren in the stroller. We got a late start and it was way too hot for us. We ran to the fire hydrant on 300 West and back home. Time: 18:37 Splits: 9:34/9:03 I would like to try and get some more in tonight once it tries to cool down some.

2 miles in the evening with Dustin and Jarren in the stroller.  Same run as this morning to the fire hydrant and back home.  It was a bit slower time.  We went to a BBQ and ate some pretty good food and it was just not feeling right.  Time: 20:53   10:33/10:20

I think I'll take our cold winters over your hot summers to run in! It's much easier,(though not completely enjoyable), to add layers to keep you warm than try to figure a way to help you stay cool. Good luck making it work in the heat!

Good job on both of the runs today. Just keep it up, you're doing great.

Awesome pace Sunny! You are brave to run in the heat. You make it sound so easy "oh, just to the hydrant and back" nice job!
