2 miles in the morning on the treadmill. 2 miles=22:08 I think that my body is getting tired. I have probably thrown it in shock starting to run consistently. But I am feeling good and am going to keep sticking to it. I am sure it will get better. I guess that I have "chick" Dustin this week (according to Sasha) this will be the only time I am sure. I have passed up my 15 mile/week goal. I my have to change it to 20 mile/week.

You are doing so good so fast! I'm impressed. Good job "chick"ing Dustin this week!

The week is not over yet, don't count me out. Injured or not. Actually I think you and Ally have more miles combined than Dave and I combined this week. Good job with your running. Before long your body should get used to the training.

Keep it up Sunny! Way to shift your goal up to 20 a week.

I just noticed info about your family. I had three boys first, just like you, and then I got two little girls. My third son's name is Jansen! It's fun to see you have one too! I'm glad you spell it the same! He loves everything about being a Jansen except for when people call him Jason. It drives him crazy. He is almost 14 years old.

Are you guys related to Dr. Ence in Payson? He has treated my oldest son with some major allergy problems. Great doctor!

Oh, and about the running, (since this is a running blog). Great job! Good luck getting ready for that 5K!

It DOES get a little easier/better. What do they say..."takes 21 days to change/start a habit" Keep it up! As for the 20 miles a week, you can do it! I'm still working on keeping that a consistent thing, but it is a worthy goal!
