2 miles in the morning on the treadmill. 2 miles=22:08 I think that my body is getting tired. I have probably thrown it in shock starting to run consistently. But I am feeling good and am going to keep sticking to it. I am sure it will get better. I guess that I have "chick" Dustin this week (according to Sasha) this will be the only time I am sure. I have passed up my 15 mile/week goal. I my have to change it to 20 mile/week. |
