2.5 miles on the treadmill in the morning. 2 mile time 21:08 .5 cool down Will probably go out again tonight. Knees still feeling a bit stiff or tight. I was kind of tired too. I was up most the night with a baby not wanting to sleep.

3 miles in the late evening.  2 miles with my sister again we ran up and back on 300 West.  Did it a little faster but not as fast as I like.  Time was 23:47   Then I dropped her off and ran another mile by myself up and back on 300 West again.  Time was 9:41  I am ready for bed hope I can get a good nights sleep tonight!!!!  Knees were still stiff I put some icy hot on them before running and they felt pretty good after a while.

wow! Sunny you are doing great! Very consistent and you are fast. Keep it up! Are you running a 5k any time soon?

I think you will be ready for that race. Plus, it is nice to have a goal-something to work towards and keep you running, especially on the days you don't want to!

Good job on the run. Sorry you were up so much last night. Maybe you can take a nap this afternoon when Jarren does. I have faculty meeting and then some other things to do at school, so I probably won't be home until around 4:30 or 5:00.
