5.35 miles. Added seven 100 second sprints at 6:00-7:00 pace. The last 4 were at 6:00 pace. The best I've done on this workout in a long time. Too busy to run more miles.
Kept putting off my run today, working on other things. Ended up not having time to run at end of day so ran 3.3 miles hard intervals on the treadmill. Short but good workout. Horrible mileage week. Only 30 miles.
