Hybrid tempo/hill workout on the treadmill. Level 3 hills. 6.05 miles in about 40 minutes. So average was about 6:40. It was pretty hard. The worst part was that I was forced to watch reruns of NFL playoff games instead of World Cup soccer. Oh well. I have to figure out when/if to taper for my 10K race in two weeks. Any ideas?
