Started out the week pretty well. Ran a tempo run. 6.25 miles in 45:45. I had a hard time when my heart rate got high (not sure how high it was). That seems to be my biggest weakness right now with my fitness. Hopefully that will come as I get more miles. 6.25 miles may not sound like that much, but it increases my yearly miles by almost 6%. So that's not bad. |
