Same workout as last Monday (treadmill), but I guess I upped the speed more quickly this time. short warmup, then upped the pace slightly each minute until I was running 6:00 pace. Ran 10K in 38:27 (a treadmill PR). Then finished with a short cooldown. This time felt quite a bit harder than last week. Might be due to slight weight gain or might be due to just daily variation. I'm feeling like I can break 40:00 in the July 4 race this year (last year's time was 43:54).

nice running, you will break 40 easy on the fourth. are you still doing DN10K too? we can shoot for sub 37 on that one.

I'm not sure about DN10K. It would be fun to do. If you're for sure going to do it (??), I'll come try to keep up with you.

yeah I am going to do it. it is always a good time. chaotic, hot, and a recipe for huge blisters, but I guess that is fun...
