Sorry you aren't feeling great. I just read your timp marathon race report, and had to tell you, great work. I think fueling during the marathon is an overlooked issue, and it's good you are making a plan to stay on top of it. I think it makes a big difference on the last 8 miles if you've fueled properly before and during the first 18.

Yeah, I did a lot of reading about the science of running, and this really stuck out at me. I am hoping that I can use this knowledge to my advantage at St. George and avoid bonking even though I won't have as many miles in my legs as I would like.
You've been getting some good mileage in and some good long runs. Which marathon did you decide to do? TOU?
