Watched the world track championships on TV while I ran. I was waiting for the 5000 meter heats to come on, so I ran longer than planned. Wish I could do that every night. Glad to see Lagat and Rupp through to the finals. And nice to see me get in the double digits on a weekday. Rare occasion these days.

Thanks. I'm doing OK. I got lucky on a few but mostly I've missed a lot of them. Today was awesome though. If you haven't seen the 1500 for the women, you should watch it.
