5 mile morning run. Still a little tight from Sat. I hope to get out this evening. Possibly mile repeats, if I can get out of the store.

Decided to pull myself out of bed early this morning and do a long run and try to catch-up a little from Mon. & Tues.

I decided to run the 17+ loop we (Bill, Dave & Myself) ran last Sat. The only difference is I started from my house. I just took it easy and a little slower, but still got tired at the end.

easy 5 this morning. Looking forward to running with the club at 4pm.

Legs a little tight from yesterday, but not too bad.

Bill, Dave & Paul were nice enough to come up to the store and pick me up for the run. Pretty good run, we just weaved around town and got in some good miles. Bill pulled us most the way, even with his calf being jacked-up.

I think I'm going to only do 5-7 mile tomorrow and rest my body a little before running the 1/2 marathon course on Sat. with the guys.

Ended up running about 9. I really didn't feel 100%, still feeling some residual effects from the 17 miler yesterday.

Ran with Dave, Dustin, & Bill over the Painters 1/2 marathon course. Took a while to get warmed-up. We started picking it up about 1/2 way through and my intestines started exploding so I had to stop at the Bloomington Country Club and leave them a little Christmas Present. Nice steady pace back to the finish line. We ended up a little short of the 1/2 marathon due to missing a loop in Bloomington Hills. I'm hoping to cut the race short as well, so it was perfect training. I came-up a little short of my goal of 60 for the week. I think I'm going to join the gym next to The Store so I can start getting some treadmill work in the evening. I also need to start doing some weights as well.
